There’s nothing like a hearty warm meal in winter to keep away those chills. This Dukka Winter Greens Pesto combines all of the carbs you crave this season with a fresh kick of herbs and spices. Enjoy with the family or double-up on ingredients to entertain guests looking to escape the winter cold.

  • 1/3 cup light olive oil

  2. Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Add pasta and cook until tender. Drain.
  3. While pasta and sweet potato are cooking, remove stems and veins from spinach.
