With 2019 coming to a close, it has been great to reflect on how the Watagan Park community has grown and come together over the past 12 months.

Looking forward to 2020 is just as exciting, with many wonderful milestones planned to make our community even bigger and better than ever before.
Housing World Watagan Park
Our brand new display village, Housing World Watagan Park, will be opening in the New Year! Home to 16 brand new display homes (3 are already open!) built by Australia’s leading home builders, the homes offer a range of quality single and double storey never released home designs unique to the Watagan Park lifestyle. Come and see what all the hype is about and get first glimpse at the latest design trends in décor, colours and layouts.
Watagan Park Town Centre
We had a great response to our Watagan Park “have your say” Town Centre announcement earlier this year. Keep an eye out for updates on our Watagan Park Facebook page as they happen!
Community events
With the recent success of the Avondale School & Watagan Park Community Christmas Carols, we look forward to being involved in more community events. From competitions for the best back yard, meet your neighbour nights and even a Children’s Easter Egg Hunt; to Best Halloween house, and our annual Christmas Light Competition. There will be plenty of local events taking place for everyone to look forward to in 2020.
New land release
With 2.8 & 2.9 almost sold out, we are set to welcome up to 50 new families into our community in 2020! To keep the momentum going, we have a new stage being prepped and set for release in the New Year. Our new release will comprise of 47 near-level, fully serviced and retained lots, ranging from 451sqm to 818sqm; overlooking the natural Watagan Park surrounds.
