Trinity Point Marina lodges Development Application

Plans for the Trinity Point Marina are well underway with the announcement this week that the initial DA for the first 94 marina berths with Lake Macquarie City Council has been officially lodged.
The proposed Trinity Point Marina is an integrated and inspired coastal development that combines bespoke architecture and design, the comfort and amenity of world-class facilities, and the natural beauty of Lake Macquarie, Australia’s largest salt-water lake.

In conjunction with Johnson Property Group, renowned marina designer and operator Les Binkin has curated the project. The 188-berth marina will sit on the pristine shores of Lake Macquarie and promises to be the centerpiece of the luxury Trinity Point development offering the ultimate in exclusive waterfront living only 88 minutes from Sydney’s CBD.

“We have an amazing opportunity to deliver a world class marina within the Trinity Point development. At just an hour and a half out of Sydney, it will offer a state of the art marina in keeping the luxurious waterfront lifestyle that encompasses the entire Trinity Point development. I’m excited to be a part of it.” – Les Binkin, CMM

The Trinity Point Marina will be one of the deepest marinas on Lake Macquarie with a minimum depth of 3 meters within the marina basin with berths predominately ranging from 10 – 18 meters.

Built to Australian standards, the Trinity Point Marina has plans in place to be one of the most environmentally friendly marinas in Australia. This, teamed with the technology driven design features of the marina, will undoubtedly see the Trinity Point development redefine Australian marina standards.
