JENNIFER Hawkins continues to make her mark on the property industry, signing on as ambassador of Lake Macquarie’s newest development.

The Australia’s Next Top Model host put her name to Trinity Point — a $388 million development at Australia’s largest saltwater lake. “I just love that area so much,” Hawkins said.

“I grew up in Newcastle, near Lake Macquarie. We had a lake house on the water so we spent a lot of time there.”

While Hawkins is yet to invest in the site — which features 190 residential portfolios, 250 luxury tourist and residential apartments, a boutique hotel and a function centre — she is considering adding it to her already impressive property portfolio.

“Property is something I have always enjoyed as a side project,” she said.

“I will be an ambassador for the complex and Trinity Point in general.

“The land is really enticing, so I have looked into that (investing), but I am not sure, we will wait and see.”

The site will be launched on Wednesday with an exclusive bash at Cafe Sydney.

Last month Hawkins and her builder husband Jake Wall sold their Bondi pad for $1.2 million prior to auction.

Hawkins and Wall also recently bought a $4 million beachside estate in Newport after selling their home in Molong St, North Curl Curl.
