“It’s fantastic. It’s good not only for Johnson Property Group, it’s good for Lake Macquarie and it’s good that everyone can move on,” said Johnson Property Group’s founder Keith Johnson.
Keith Johnson’s vision for a luxury waterfront development emerged in 1999. Now, 16 years later, Johnson Property Group has been given the approval it needs to turn that dream into a reality, with work anticipated to start later this year.
The next exciting phase of Trinity Point will see 250 luxury tourist and residential apartments, a luxury hotel, restaurant, function centre, day spa and infinity pool built at the site.
Once complete, Trinity Point will boast a 188-berth superyacht marina, which will be one of the most environmentally friendly facilities of its kind in Australia. Moreover, there will be a foreshore boardwalk, boasting 280-degree views of the lake. This will open up the lakefront for all residents, tourists, guests and the community to enjoy.
