It has been another exciting week for the recently announced Trinity Point luxury development at Lake Macquarie. The last seven days have seen the lodgement of a second development application and the completion of a successful Trinity Point Open Day hosted Johnson’s Property Group and official brand ambassador, Jennifer Hawkins.

TV host, Miss universe, business owner and keen property investor, Jennifer Hawkins was recently announced as the official brand ambassador for Johnson Property Group’s $388million Trinity Point development and attended the official open day yesterday at the site. A special announcement was made as Keith Johnson, Founder and Managing Director of Johnson Property Group, presented Jennifer with a street sign bearing her name “Jennifer Hawkins Boulevard” in celebration of the pedestrian boulevard that will take pride of place within the luxury waterfront development.

Additionally, last Thursday saw the official lodgment of the Tourism and Hospitality Development Application 1731/2014 to Lake Macquarie City Council. This marks the second DA in as many months following on from the development application for the first 94 marina berths of the luxury 188 berth sustainable marina.

The Tourism and Hospitality DA includes a 300 seat function centre, a 200 seat restaurant, a bar complete with a 40 seat café, an outdoor resort pool, a 65 suite boutique hotel, a marina building, day spa, shops, small sales centre, serviced meeting rooms as well as a guest only gym and pool.

The newly planned Trinity Point is an inspired coastal marina and luxury development designed by Squillace Architects that combines bespoke architecture and design, the comfort and amenity of world-class facilities, and the natural beauty of Lake Macquarie, Australia’s largest salt-water lake. The project features 190 residential portfolios, 250 luxury tourist and residential apartments and a boutique hotel.

The centerpiece of Trinity Point is a 188-berth marina on the pristine shores of Lake Macquarie with plans in place to be one of the most environmentally friendly marinas in Australia. The foreshore boardwalk will take advantage of the 270 degree views of the lake, wrapping right around the foreshore and opening up the lakefront for all residents, tourists, guests and the community to enjoy, and a state-of-the-art function centre that accommodates weddings, celebrations and corporate clients with ease. A business centre, and a soon to be announced world-class restaurant will complete this cosmopolitan waterfront setting and provide the ultimate in waterfront living.
